What We Offer
PAN provides state-approved notary and motor vehicle education at 30+ locations throughout the state.
- First Time Notary Seminar fulfills the state education requirement for notaries and covers the Notary Public Law, official notarial acts, notarial stamp and journal, and acceptable forms of identification.
- Notary Reappointment Seminar fulfills the state's education requirement for notaries seeking reappointment.
- MVcourse Basic Seminar is training for new motor vehicle agents and their employees. Agents and employees cannot provide motor vehicle agent services until they have completed this course.
- MVcourse Advanced Seminar is training required every two years for motor vehicle agents and their employees who have already completed the basic training.
Notaries who want extra education can sign up for the Everyday Notary Challenges Seminar, offered in conjunction with the First Time Notary Seminar or could be taken seperately.
Everyday Notary Challenges covers tips for notarizing, problem documents and exam preparation to help notaries that need to pass the required exam.
PAN also offers convenient online courses – Notary Public Basic Education Online and Agent Services Basic Title and Registration Course Online.
- Notary Public Basic Education Online is state-approved and fulfills the three-hour education requirement for first time and notaries seeking reappointment.
- Agent Services Basic Title and Registration Course Online is PennDOT-approved and fulfills the training required every two years for basic or advanced motor vehicle training.
